In addition within minutes of signing up I was told my email was on the dark web. The agent was professional but i consider that to be a red flag, in addition i was asked after paying them the order for them to do what was called "TRANSACTION MONITORING " i had to give them my user id and passwords to all my credit cards and bank accounts! Like i said i have used several credit monitoring in the past ******* and Identity theft, and never been asked passwords or other information to have my accounts monitored. I have used several identity theft monitoring in the past and I have never had problems contacting them or them to me, like i have had with this company on hold > 20minutes. I ordered a subscription to AURA credit identity theft monitoring. I never did receive the tickets for the home opener for the ************ as advertised. She came back and said that a refund will be issued, but I have yet to see that happen (when the first time it occurred fairly quickly). I asked for a supervisor and the lady put me on hold. I called today for the additional $.96 and was met with resistance about a prorated amount and had to fight to get any further. I called the next day for a refund, to which they said they would, but I only received a refund of $13. Well later in the evening/next morning, I looked at my bank account and they had withdrawn the charge for the monthly subscription, after they said they canceled, and they took $13.96 instead of the $13 as the initial email stated. On day 13, I called Aura to question the tickets one last time and to cancel prior to being charged. After multiple contacts to Aura and the ************, no tickets were ever received. After 14 days, the subscription would charge for $13.00 per month. Received an email stating that I would receive free ************ tickets if I signed up for a 14 day free trial to Aura.
